Fujiki Saketen, a long-established liquor store founded in 1889, became the natural wine specialist Ginza Cave Fujiki in 2010. It carries about 300 natural wines made from organic grapes, kind to both body and planet. The shop is located behind the Ginza Mitsukoshi annex and also runs its own online shop (free shipping on orders of ¥19,250 or more, same-day shipping for morning orders, refrigerated delivery available). Producer events and tastings are held from time to time in the in-store tasting space, and a sommelier is on staff.
